Abuse

Every Radlea customer must comply with our terms and conditions. If you believe you have encountered any form of abuse of our terms which you believe originated from one of our systems, please contact us at the email address below. We take all reports of abuse seriously and will investigate your report. 

Abuse includes:

• Phishing Activity
• IRC Activity
• Hacking Attempts
• Spam Emails
• Abusive, offensive, fraudulent, obscene, or unlawful materials or behaviour, or advocation of such
• Storage or distribution, through either deliberate action or negligence, of materials which cause damage to other computer systems, invade the privacy of other individuals or organisations, or breach copyright law
• Advocacy of radical or cult behaviours 

Please include as much detail as you can about the incident, including URLs for site abuse, email headers from spam emails, and any relevant log files.

Please note that if you have been infected by a virus, worm or Trojan we cannot offer any support and recommend that you always keep up-to-date anti-virus software installed on your system.
